Privacy Policy

Your email address and account record, created when you sign in. This is how your unlocked cards, passes, guidebook and journal follow you from device to device.

A record of each purchase — which tier you bought, when, and the payment processor's reference for it — so we can restore your access if anything goes wrong.

Your saved readings and draws, if you make them while signed in.

Basic, aggregate usage information such as which pages are visited. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Card numbers, CVCs and billing details never touch this site. Payment is handled inside a form served directly by our payment processor, and we only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded.

We use cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember a purchase in progress. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

A payment processor, to take payment and issue receipts.

Our hosting and database provider, to store your account, purchases and saved readings.

An email delivery provider, to send purchase confirmations, gift codes and pass-expiry reminders.

An audio provider, to host the recorded card readings you hear on the site.

None of these are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your access exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Write to hello@sorceressoracle.com from the address on your account to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Deleting your account also ends any access purchased with it.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase confirmations and expiry reminders are transactional and are sent regardless.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it, and the current version always lives at this address.
