Refund Policy

The $2.22 single card, the $17.77 48-hour pass and the $35 lifetime deck are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase completes.

A 48-hour pass ends when its window ends. Unused time is not refunded, but if you later buy the $35 deck, the $17.77 you paid is credited toward it.

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Payment succeeded but access never appeared on your account and we cannot restore it.

You were charged for a purchase you did not authorize.

Write to hello@sorceressoracle.com from the email address on your account, within 30 days, and include the date of the charge and which option you bought. We answer within two business days.
